Space:2099?

Scientists confirmed today that they have discovered (via satellite Chandrayaan-1), a chamber on the moon approximately 1 mile long and 400 feet wide. Everyone say it with me… MOONBASE!!! Apparently, the chamber temperature is a cool -4!!! This is opposed to the normal surface climate of -290, makes it a perfect choice. Add to that, it will serve as a shield from debris. But lets get down to the Geek of it, shall we…

Now if there isn’t a giant alien, killer robot, or symbiotic creature waiting for a host (Yeah… Of course there is.)… We can finally build Moonbase Alpha ( Albeit a few years late.). But Jobu you ask, “how will we get the supplies to the moon, with the shuttle program closing up shop?” Glad you asked. In a word…Eagles!!! Relax, not the animals or the NFL Team ( Even though, I wouldn’t mind watching them get launched into space.), I’m speaking of the bad ass ships from the classic Space:1999 tv series. They will replace the shuttle program. Sure we may have to paint a few of them with Virgin Airways logos, but we gotta get the bills paid someway.

By the way… If anything should be remade, it’s that series!!!

About Brother Jobu

Little is officially known about Brother Jobu. Geekpropaganda's research department have found ancient cave, Hieroglyphic, Mayan, and Native American paintings suggesting he has been here for quite sometime. Any government inquires about this entity have been met... With resistance. What we do know is, he loves classic Kung-Fu movies, video games, comic books, Football, and music. His true agenda however... Is yet to be discovered.
