The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile

The sequel to the 2009 indie game hit The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai, is back with even more blood soaked action!!! SKA Studios continues The Dishwasher’s quest for revenge, and this time he’s brought his step sister Yuki.

Once again in this 2D side scroller, you will fight ninjas, zombies, cyborgs, skeletons, mutants, mechs, and monster bosses!!! If you haven’t played this, it seems like a lot to be bunched into one title. Truth is, with it’s graphical presentation it all makes perfect sense. It really feels like a moving graphic novel as you play it. I won’t spoil it for you, but I will say this… The opening sequence is mind blowing!!! With it’s dark tones, its clear the developers are fans of The Crow… Who isn’t!?!  One of the real cool things about this game is the comic book cut sceens, which transport you into the gameplay.

The gameplay is fast and fun!!! Levels will challenge you, but will not be at times down right frustrating as it’s predecessor was. The Dish challenges ( Waves of enemies attack!!! Your task… Survive!!!) are back, and so is 50 levels of Arcade mode . In multiplayer you can choose The Dishwasher or Yuki as the vesel to exact revenge!!! The hyper violent fighting is just a blast… juggling enemies for hit combos never gets old, and the over the top finishing moves are spectacular!!! 13 levels in story mode with different versions for each character. For $10 bucks you can’t go wrong !!!
